The TTAI app is a professional data-collection tool used by contracted contributors ("operators") of TrainThemAI ("TTAI", "we") to record first-person video used to train artificial-intelligence systems. It is not a consumer app: recording features are available only to operators who have registered with TTAI, signed a contributor agreement, and been added to our operator roster.
The app does not collect your location, contacts, photos outside the app, browsing history, or advertising identifiers, and contains no ads or third-party tracking or analytics SDKs.
Recordings, motion-sensor files, and their metadata are the work product you are contracted to produce. After quality control, accepted material is licensed and delivered to TTAI's business clients for the sole purpose of training and evaluating AI models, under contracts that restrict further use. Deliveries are keyed to a pseudonymous operator ID; your email address and payment details are never included in datasets delivered to clients.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except: (a) clients receiving licensed recordings as described above, (b) service providers that store or process data on our behalf (cloud storage and hosting), and (c) authorities where the law requires it.
Uploads go directly from your device to TTAI-controlled cloud storage (Cloudflare R2 and Google Drive) over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Account, QC, and payment records are processed on TTAI's servers (Fly.io) and Google Workspace infrastructure.
To request deletion of your TTAI App (TrainThemAI) account and its associated data:
What is deleted: your account profile (email, name), payment records held for you in the dashboard, and any recordings not yet delivered under a client contract. What may be retained: recordings already licensed and delivered to a client (irrevocable under the contributor agreement you signed), and payment/tax records we are legally required to keep, for the legally required period.
Recordings are retained for as long as needed to complete quality control, delivery, and any client acceptance window, and thereafter as required by our client contracts. Account and payment records are kept for the duration of your engagement with TTAI plus any period required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account data, and of any recordings not yet delivered under contract, at any time (see Contact below). Recordings already licensed and delivered to a client may be irrevocable under the applicable contributor agreement you signed.

Camera and microphone are used only during recording sessions you start. High-sampling-rate sensor access is used to capture accelerometer/gyroscope data during those same sessions.
Operators are contractually required to record only themselves and environments they are authorised to film, and to obtain consent from (or avoid recording) any other identifiable person, following the project guidelines shown in the app.
The app is intended for contracted adults (18+) only and may not be used by children.
